Our punching capacity comprises of an Amada Arcade 212 CNC turret punch with a 2m bed excellent for manufacturing large components and a new Amada Acute 2510NT with a 2.5m brushed bed ideal for manufacturing stainless steel and aluminium components because sheet marking is eliminated. The Acute has a 51stn turrent which significantly reduces the number of tool changes required and hence down time between jobs.

These machines are the power house of our production facility and are both capable of punching 6mm mild steel and 3mm stainless steel sheet.

We have over 300 tools in stock interchangable between machines including round tools to suit PEM inserts, squares, rectangles, louvres, upforms, countersinks and many others. Customer requirements can normally be accomodated within the standard range avoiding the cost of special tools. Tools are kept in tip-top condition using a Togu III Tool Grinding Centre. This ensures components are free of burrs and as free as possible of witness marks along punched edges.

We have invested heavily in our punching facility adapting it to align with customer requirements and it is now highly efficient, fast reacting and capable of handling all your current and future needs.
