We have three PEM 2000 insertion machines with touch screens to control heights and insertion pressures. Many jigs and fixtures are available for awkward jobs and we design new fixtures as required.

Mainly PEM inserts are used and we hold a wide range of styles and sizes in stock.

If general we try to 'design-in' the use of fasteners and inserts and 'design-out' welding. It makes components less expensive to manufacturer and easier to assemble with consistent accuracy.
