Our folding capacity comprises of three Amada CNC pressbrakes with folding widths from 1.25m to 2m. A wide range of tooling compatible with all three machines enables us to achieve most bends without the need to purchase or make additional tooling.

These machines are easy to program on-line via a graphical user interface and the bends achieved are highly accurate, repeatable and tweakable to account for inconsistencies in materials.

The quality of products is often judged by the design of corners and the accuracy of folds and we are justifiable proud of the results we achieve here. 

The capacity of the three machines matches the output of the punching and laser machines giving us a balanced manufacturing environment free of bottlenecks.
